FatBoy Zine issue 4 "Everywhere at Once"

Issue 4 focuses on chefs and creatives who have left Asia and chosen to recreate their culinary and artistic heritage in Europe and the US.

This issue features three interviews with established chefs: Lucas Sin (Shy Boyz Club & Junzi Kitchen), Erchen Chang and Shing Tat Chung (BAO), and Rahel Stephanie (Eat With Spoons / Linda From Accounting). Each interviewee shares their perspective on culinary process, representation, and the motivations driving their work and conversations beyond the kitchen. The issue also highlights photography from previous collaborator Ken Lam, alongside food photography by Emily Leonard.

Additionally, the issue includes five staple recipes, ranging from Chilli Oil to a Burnt Coconut Basque Cheesecake.
