We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products, big and small.

Once we have received your order we will ship the product within 1-3 Working Days.

Please ensure your details are correct when you make the order as we will not be able to amend delivery addresses of parcels already dispatched.


We offer Free Shipping on UK orders over £75 and worldwide orders over £150 shipping with DPD.


UK Shipping on orders under £75

Standard Delivery provided with DPD Next Day: £10


Worldwide Shipping on orders under £150


Standard Delivery provided with DPD: £20


We ship some smaller items through Royal Mail and these items will have different postage amounts outlined at the check out.

 

Duties and Taxes


Import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.


We do not have any control over charges incurred as customs policies vary by country. We advise you to contact your local customs when seeking answers to charges.


We are required by law to declare items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to lessen international customs fees.


If you refuse a shipment from Kiosk N1C, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees incurred and the cost of returning the package to Kiosk N1C. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.


Returns


You are entitled to return your products to us within 14 days of receiving your order provided that the items are in original, unused and re-sellable condition.

We cannot offer free returns, all costs associated with returning an item will be your responsibility. We suggest adding insurance to cover the full value of the returned item and recommend using a tracked and signed for service. We cannot take responsibility for any items before they arrive with us.


Please contact store@kioskn1c.com regarding your returned items and allow 5 working days for a refund once we have received and checked the items.
 

Exchanges



We are able to provide exchanges on products within the 14 days of you receiving your order as long as the item remains in stock.

 

Please contact store@kioskn1c.com to arrange an exchange. As with returns you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
