Redemption Roasters
The world’s first prison-based coffee company, Redemption Roasters is a speciality coffee shop serving espresso-based and batch filter coffees, as well as a small brunch menu, cakes and pastries. Beans come from Redemption’s roastery inside HMP The Mount, where offenders are supported to integrate into society with training and employment in the coffee industry.
