Small Green Shoots was founded in 2009. They are a small but mighty organisation dedicated to increasing career opportunities for underrepresented young adults who want a career within the music and creative industries. The three of us chatted about both their time at Small Green Shoots, their pop up at Coal Drops Yard & future plans.
