We sat down with Sam who runs Lil' Wong Bakes.

Sam describes herself as a ‘small-time baker of big-time flavour’. She is best known for her pandan sandos, which combine two pieces of light and fluffy chiffon cake sandwiched between fresh cream and berries. Her bakes combine her Hong Kong heritage with her love of British cakes and desserts.
