Cover to Cover: New Exhibition on Lower Stable Street

A new exhibition in the Lightboxes on Lower Stable Street in King’s Cross celebrates some of the wonderful London-based publications stocked by recent local arrival, News & Coffee.

From its humble beginnings in the neighbourhoods of Barcelona, all the way to King’s Cross, News & Coffee is bringing back to life a piece of our cities which little by little has been disappearing: the news stand. Rediscover the sensory pleasures of a simple proposition, perfectly executed: independent magazines, books and newspapers, with a great cup of coffee to go. News & Coffee is open seven days a week in the Heatherwick Kiosk on Granary Square, King’s Cross.

The exhibition is a tribute to the energy and accomplishments of the thriving community of independent publications in London, created by diverse voices across wide-ranging subjects. It showcases the remarkable talent, passions and deep specialist knowledge of the creators.
